Body Scan Meditation 1 & 2

I did not do my body scan meditation on Friday. I opted for Friday to be my day off, which turns out to have been poor planning since I have regular therapy AND couples therapy tonight.

I did do it both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday I feel asleep around my shoulders. Sunday I don't know what happened. I either fell asleep or just disassociated. I did not feel as though I fell asleep, I came to awareness very alert and not groggy feeling.

Regardless of what happens (i.e. falling asleep) we are not supposed to beat ourselves up about it. We are supposed to note what happened.

I do wonder if it means I need more sleep in general.
