I have slip-slided into eating a lot of sugar again. Yuck. I have gained 2 pounds. I am NOT happy about this.
I have decided to try and be more conscientious about what I am eating. I am going to try and eat less sweets. Processed sweets are definitely what is killing me. That and eating to quell an upset stomach - which I do.
I ate meat at will for the past month or two? It was okay. I found it much too easy to eat senselessly - not caring where the meat came from. As a result I have decided to cut it out of my diet again. It just doesn't work for me.
